Make these dyno chocolates for your kids in 25 min!
Remember in growing years they need super back up of proteins, omega-3 fatty acids, cereals, etc.
This can be easily made with:
200gm almond powder 200gm walnut powder 200gm dry dates powder 50gm nachani powder(Sprouted nachani powder is easy to digest) 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 1 tea spoon flex seeds powder 1 tea spoon chia seeds powder 1 tin of mithai mate (Amul)
1. Mix all powders and roast them with 2 teaspoons of ghee. 2. Add mithai mate. 3. Cook it till consistency gets thick enough to make balls or shapes that you desire. 4. Put it in molds of desired shapes or make balls.
Easy to digest, delicious and healthy snack for kids (11 months and above) to 70 yr olds. If your child is between 6 months to 11 months then replace mithai mate with jaggery. As sugar is not allowed at this development stage.
You can store it in the fridge in an airtight container.
